About the role

In the role of order support, you will be the first point of contact for customers. You will handle incoming calls, register service requests, assist with orders, and ensure that cases are reported correctly within the organization. Your role is central and varied, ensuring that our customers feel acknowledged and receive high-quality service.

You will work closely with technicians, salespeople, and other colleagues within the service organization. One day may involve following up on a customer delivery, the next coordinating a service effort or handling a case.

You will be part of an engaged team that values an inclusive culture, shared goals, and an open climate where ideas are appreciated and welcomed.

We are looking for someone who

• Enjoys communicating with people and is solution-oriented.
• Is structured, service-oriented, and meticulous.
• Has a knack for learning new systems and routines.
• Likes to work in a fast-paced environment with many points of contact.

Previous experience in customer service or administration is a plus. But most importantly is your attitude; we are happy to train the right candidate!
