Customer Responsible for Health and Work Life
Health and Stress Medicine is part of the Västra Götaland Region, with operational areas including Health and Work Life, regional tasks regarding work environment and health, Green Rehab, and the Institute for Stress Medicine. The management's mission is to provide occupational health services for the Västra Götaland Region's administrations and companies, as well as to prevent ill health, stress, and improve the work environment through research, knowledge dissemination, and our regional tasks. Together, our operations create value for employees in VGR and promote a good work environment and sustainable work life.
Description
Health and Work Life, Västra Götaland Region's internal occupational health service, consists of 5 units represented in Skaraborg, Fyrbodal, Södra Älvsborg, and Gothenburg.
Health and Work Life operates from a systematic work environment perspective (SAM) in the areas of medicine, ergonomics, health promotion, environment, technology, and behavioral science. We participate in several projects, both regional and national, within work environment, health, and rehabilitation and can offer good development opportunities for our employees.

We are now looking for a Customer Responsible who is the link between the Västra Götaland Region's operations and Health and Work Life, matching the needs for interventions with the FHV teams' expertise and service offerings.
Responsibilities
Your tasks will include building long-term relationships with our customers within VGR, where you will have HR and managers as your primary contact points. You will be the bridge between us at Health and Work Life and the customers' demands for good occupational health services. You will be involved in pricing, assignment/offer writing, service development, and market monitoring. Your closest colleagues will be two other customer responsibles and the five unit managers at Health and Work Life.
You will participate in various meeting configurations with customers to identify upcoming needs for interventions from Health & Work Life and drive internal customer teams where different functions within Health collaborate to support the customers' work environment and operational goals.
The primary location is in Gothenburg or as agreed, but work will also be performed 1-2 days/week at one of our other units or with our customers within VGR.
Organizationally, you will report to the operations manager for Health and Work Life.
Qualifications
We are looking for someone who:
- has a university degree in a relevant field
- has experience with occupational health service methods and service offerings
- has a high degree of service, customer, and business thinking
- has a very high communicative ability, social competence, well-developed collaboration skills, and the ability to build long-term relationships
- is attentive to customer needs and development opportunities
- is interested in developing and finding synergies to offer the best possible expertise and services and be a strategic partner
- is proactive in development issues and completes your assignments
- has experience in establishing correlation analyses
- has experience or willingness to drive teamwork and cross-functional groups
