About the role

As an Adaptation Advisor, you will have a dynamic and technically oriented role focused on customer contact, coordination, and tailored solutions in Monitor ERP. You will handle customer inquiries, develop technical specifications, and offer customer-specific solutions – ranging from smaller assignments to larger projects.

You will be responsible for the projects you sell and work closely with our developers to ensure that deliveries are made on time and within budget. For larger projects, you will step in as project manager and drive the work from start to finish.

You will be a central point of contact for both customers and internal and external parties within Monitor. The role requires a deep understanding of ERP systems and the ability to translate customer needs into technical solutions. You will serve as the link between customer requirements and our technical delivery – your expertise is crucial for creating the right solution.

To thrive in the role, you should recognize yourself in the following:

• You have experience with Monitor ERP or another ERP system.
• You have the ability to understand and interpret technical specifications and translate them into practical solutions.
• Relevant education in technology, IT, or system development or equivalent work experience.
• You have excellent knowledge of Swedish and English.
• It is a merit if you have experience from the manufacturing industry, IT, or project management.
