As a service technician at Smartify, your mission will be to assist individuals and businesses in getting their digital technology in order. You will travel in a service vehicle and carry out assignments in customers' homes and at businesses. We offer you an independent and varied job with opportunities for development and personal responsibility. 

Installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of smart technology in private homes and businesses in the following technical areas:

• Computers and peripherals
• Networks and networking equipment
• TV and audio systems, including wall mounting
• Activation and configuration of broadband services in households, such as routers, Wi-Fi networks, TV equipment, and broadband telephony
• Installation of conduits and cabling for new broadband outlets
• Digital locks & alarms
• Sales, installation, and configuration of software and hardware

What are we looking for in you?

• You are a social person who enjoys meeting new people.
• You are service-oriented, solution-focused, and like to work independently and take responsibility.
• You have a broad technical competence, are a true technology enthusiast, practical, and love to learn new things.
• You have good knowledge of the Swedish language, both spoken and written.
• You have a B driver's license and access to your own car for work purposes. 

Other

The position is part-time and can easily be combined with studies or another part-time job. The hours are scheduled during daytime, evenings, and weekends, but we are flexible, and we book work hours based on what suits us together.

The position requires access to your own car for work. Mileage compensation is provided according to the Swedish Tax Agency's regulations.
