About the role

As a Support Analyst at Monitor, you are a key person for our customers in their daily work with our business system Monitor ERP. You act as the customer's extended arm and use your expertise to help them solve questions and problems that arise. Your efforts directly contribute to improving customer productivity and efficiency.

The work involves managing incoming cases, troubleshooting, and guiding customers via phone, email, and remote control to ensure that their problems are solved in a professional and pedagogical manner. The role also includes being our primary contact point for Norwegian or Danish customers. You have a special responsibility to understand their needs and ensure that they receive support and solutions of high quality.

The role is versatile and requires both technical understanding and good communication skills. As part of Monitor's support team, you are an important representative of our high service level and quality.

The support at Monitor

You will be part of our global support organization, which consists of about 90 colleagues distributed across three specialist areas: finance, technology, and MPS. We are located both in Sweden and at several of our international offices, which gives us a strong and broad competence base.

Within the entire support team, there is a nice mix of experience, from recent graduates to experts with long industry experience, creating a dynamic and learning work environment. We work closely together, share knowledge, and support each other in our daily work. Together, we strive to provide our customers with a first-class support experience and make their everyday lives easier.

Who are you?

We are looking for someone who thrives in a customer-facing role and enjoys solving problems in dialogue with others. You are structured, communicative, and have a pedagogical ability that makes it easy for you to guide customers through both small and large challenges.

We believe you have:

• Good knowledge of Norwegian or Danish, in spoken and written form (native language is not a requirement)
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English
• A solution-focused approach and the ability to explain complex matters clearly
• The ability to take responsibility and initiative while collaborating well with others

Meritorious:

• Experience with Monitor ERP or other business systems
• Experience working with the Norwegian or Danish market
