We are now looking for an experienced system developer-Oracle for our client.

CLIENT DESCRIPTION The client is seeking reinforcement from an experienced system developer for their team.

Background The team is a development team within the support function Development and IT that develops and manages systems for various business areas within the client organization. However, most of the work is done in the area of Property Registration, where we develop systems used in the preparatory work for property taxation. The client collaborates closely with the Swedish Tax Agency and is responsible for the preparatory work that takes place before each property tax assessment. The client is responsible for valuation accuracy and tax values, while the Swedish Tax Agency is responsible for taxation.

The team needs to be reinforced with a consultant for this assignment. Assignment As a system developer in the team, you will participate in all parts of the development. Right now, we are in an exciting phase as we are developing a completely new valuation system, built on a new and future-proof technical platform, while continuing to provide our existing system support. Development is taking place at a high pace and in close collaboration with both the operations at the Land Survey Authority and the Swedish Tax Agency. Our working methods are agile, and together with the operations, we are quick and flexible, focusing on always delivering what provides the most value for the Land Survey Authority, the Swedish Tax Agency, and the citizens. Knowledge transfer is expected to occur continuously integrated into the working methods on the recipient's terms and knowledge level. It may also be relevant for work in another team within System Development.

The position is security classified at level 2, which means that the supplier must sign a Security Protection Agreement (SUA agreement) at level 2, and the consultant must be a Swedish citizen and undergo a security review before the assignment begins. The consultant must be registered at level 2.

For the contract to be valid, persons in leading positions in the company, CEO, and Security Manager, must also undergo a security check at level 3 if they will not participate in or have access to tasks within the assignment. Otherwise, these must also undergo a security check according to level 2.

MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS The mandatory requirements must be met to be offered to the client.

Requirements for skills and experience a. Offered consultants must meet the requirements for skill level 4. Does the offered consultant meet the role description? b. The consultant must have at least 5 years of experience with Oracle Forms. c. The consultant must have at least 5 years of experience with Oracle WLS (Forms Services). d. The consultant must have at least 5 years of experience with Oracle PL/SQL. e. The consultant must have at least 5 years of experience with PL/SQL-based web development. f. The consultant must have at least 3 years of experience with Oracle APEX. g. The consultant must have experience with version control of database objects in GIT. h. Has proof been attached to the bid in the form of a CV that the consultant meets the requirements?

Other

SCOPE The position is 100% and extends to 2027-04-19, with an option for extension of up to three (3) years. The assignment start is expected to take place in the second half of April 2026, or as soon as the agreement has been signed by both parties and provided that the SUA agreement is signed and the registration check is completed.

WORK LOCATION The assignment will initially start on-site in Gävle, after which there is an opportunity for remote work when the work allows and after agreement with the team.

INTERVIEW The offered consultant must be available for an interview during the period 3/2-6/2 2026. To get to know the consultant, an assessment group of 2-3 people will make an experience-based assessment of the interview. The interviews will be held on-site in Gävle or via Skype and will last approximately 45-60 minutes.
