You will join a team developing a brand new valuation system on a new, future-proof technical platform, while existing system support continues to be further developed and maintained. Here, you work in a government agency environment close to the business, with connections to property valuation, where technology, quality, and precision are central parts of the delivery.

• You participate in the entire development chain, from analysis and design to implementation, testing, and further development.
• You develop the new valuation system and contribute simultaneously to ensuring that existing system support functions stably and is further developed.
• You work with Oracle Forms, Oracle WLS (Forms Services), Oracle PL/SQL, and PL/SQL-based web development.
• You use Oracle APEX to build and further develop solutions on the new platform.
• You collaborate closely with the business to translate needs into sustainable, high-value technical solutions.
• You contribute to an agile working method where quality, flexibility, and delivery capability are in focus.
• You help drive good structure regarding version control of database objects and work in an environment where container technology is part of the solution.

• At least 5 years of experience with Oracle Forms.
• At least 5 years of experience with Oracle WLS (Forms Services).
• At least 5 years of experience with Oracle PL/SQL.
• At least 5 years of experience with PL/SQL-based web development.
• At least 3 years of experience with Oracle APEX.
• Experience with version control of database objects in GIT.
• Experience with container technology.
• Ability to pass and be approved in a security clearance check (requires Swedish citizenship, dual citizenship is not accepted).

• Experience leading development work from a technical perspective.
• Business knowledge regarding property valuation.
• Business knowledge regarding property law.
• Business knowledge regarding internal accounting (cost accounting).
• Experience with OpenShift or similar container orchestration platforms.
