Your Role

As a BI Developer with us, you will work at the intersection of technology and business, where you not only build solutions – you help shape how they are used.

You work closely with the operations and help translate needs into insights that strengthen decision-making, efficiency, and understanding of the business. At the same time, you will develop within modern data platforms and become part of an environment where collaboration, learning, and continuous improvement are in focus.

You will:

• Develop and further develop reports and dashboards in Power BI
• Work with modern data platforms in Microsoft Fabric
• Support the business with analysis and data insights that drive business value
• Collaborate closely with different functions to understand needs and processes
• Contribute to the development of BI structure, working methods, and best practices
• Work broadly within Microsoft's ecosystem in your daily delivery
• Work with and further develop semantic models as the foundation for scalable and reliable BI solutions

Your Profile

We are looking for you who have an academic education in areas such as IT, systems science, or data analysis, and who have gained experience with Power BI and Microsoft Fabric from previous assignments and want to learn more about these exciting areas. You also have good knowledge of the Microsoft suite and thrive in a role where you get to combine technical understanding with insight into how the business works, preferably in an industrial context. To succeed in the role, you need to be driven, curious, and have good self-leadership. You enjoy learning new things, developing together with others, and contributing your perspectives in collaborations across different parts of the organization. You communicate fluently in both Swedish and English.
