Syntronic builds deep expertise in electronics, embedded systems, and mechatronics to meet our customers' demands and develop the most advanced technology of the future.
We are now looking for System Engineers who want to build and optimize next-generation system solutions. Take responsibility for the entire chain, from design, requirements management, and implementation to verification and improvement of the latest products on the market. At the same time, you will develop as a System Engineer in an innovative and dynamic team.
As a System Engineer with us, you will among other things:
Define architectures, interfaces, and specify functional, performance, and regulatory requirements.
Focus on a specific type of requirements management, e.g., performance requirements and/or regulatory requirements.
Act as the "hub" where, in consultation with developers, you shape and specify the requirements.
Analyze any deviations from requirements.
We are looking for a System Engineer who:
Has a university degree or civil engineer education in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Technical Physics, or equivalent.
Has at least 5 years of professional experience as a System Engineer.
Has completed several commercial customer projects within embedded systems in a system-leading role or as a software and/or hardware developer.
Fluently speaks and writes Swedish and English.

It is meritorious if you as a System Engineer:
Have experience within the telecommunications industry.
Have previous experience in development and verification.
Have experience within EMC and environmental testing.

We are an engaged team of approximately 180 employees, a mix of electronics and software engineers, test developers, project managers, and support functions, among others. Together, we create a developing and pleasant work environment where technology, collaboration, and innovation are in focus.
