We are currently seeking an experienced and confident Interim Manager for End User Services who wishes to take strategic and operational responsibility for delivering modern IT services to the organization's users. In this role, you will have the opportunity to lead a competent team, ensure high quality in user support, and contribute to the organization's continued digital development.

Duration: 6 months with possibility of extension.

There is a need for an interim manager for the End User Services function within the Operations and Infrastructure unit at Lantmäteriet Gävle. This is during an ongoing replacement recruitment. Other leadership and change management assignments within the agency's IT operations may also be considered within the scope of the assignment.

As Interim Manager for End User Services, you are responsible for leading, developing, and monitoring the operations in the area. You work both strategically and operationally with a focus on ensuring a stable and efficient delivery of IT services to the organization's end users.

You have overall delivery responsibility for your function (delivery, quality). Create conditions for delivery, team, and employees (training, coaching). You have personnel responsibility including environmental responsibility and are part of the management group for Operations and Infrastructure.

You will:

• Lead and develop the team and employees within End User Services.

• Ensure high quality and a good user experience in IT deliveries.

• Drive improvement and development initiatives.

• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.

• Plan and prioritize activities in both the short and long term.

• Contribute with structure, control, and follow-up within the business area.

• Create conditions for an engaged and high-performing team.

• At least 9 years of experience in leading IT positions, such as IT Manager or equivalent.

• Documented experience in leading businesses, teams, and change work.

• Substantial and documented experience within the IT field.

• Ability to combine strategic thinking with operational execution.

• Experience working in complex organizations with many stakeholders.
