Do you want to contribute to the IT infrastructure of the future? As a NOC Technician at Trafikverket (The Swedish Transport Administration), you will help make daily life easier for thousands of residents and businesses in Sweden.

At Trafikverket's Network Monitoring Center, you will work as a NOC Technician with monitoring and incident management on Trafikverket's tele/data and transmission networks, as well as receiving fault reports from customers and operations. You will be responsible for advanced fault analysis and keeping internal and external customers updated throughout the entire fault resolution process. The position, located in Gävle, involves shift work as the operations run 24/7, year-round. Together, we form a team consisting of various roles that ensure Trafikverket's telecom infrastructure is maintained so that traffic on railways, roads, and ferries can continue.

We are looking for you who have

• experience in IT-related service desk, experience with IP/transmission networks, GSM, or IP telephony, or alternatively university courses/VET courses within IT
• good knowledge of Swedish in speech and writing

It is meritorious if you have

• worked shifts
• experience within NOC operations
• some type of certification in network technology

The location for the position is Gävle.

The employment is classified in a security class. For employment, a passing result in the security clearance check is required, which is conducted in accordance with the provisions in the Security Protection Act (2018:585).
