Lantmäteriet (The Swedish Mapping, Cadastre and Land Registration Authority) is the agency responsible for mapping Sweden. RESPONSIBILITIES

As an Enterprise Architect, you will be part of a team of twelve people responsible for driving the work forward for the entire Lantmäteriet. Your tasks will range from strategic to operational levels and contribute to developing our architecture to fit into the current organization. You will thus be a builder and communicator regarding architectural issues.

In this role, you will be responsible for planning and coordinating architectural work and, together with other architects, driving the architectural work forward. You will also develop architectural concepts based on the organization's needs and recommend what creates value for the business, contributing to and developing our architecture.

Together with the architecture team and in collaboration with our businesses, developers, and technicians, you will drive the architectural work forward. All to ensure the design of our architecture in order to achieve Lantmäteriet's goals and strategies. The work also includes driving and conducting investigations and impact analyses of different architectural alternatives and their impact on our business, its information, organization, and way of working, both in the short and long term.

Your responsibilities will also include:

Architectural work where you use models to analyze and document architecture,
Create basis for architectural decisions and alternative choices where consequences and shifts in direction are analyzed,
Drive and lead others in enterprise and/or solution architecture work,
Communicate architectures, as well as the shifts we wish to make, to various stakeholders, so that they end up in regular management and/or development plans for implementation
Drive and lead change work and create conditions for cross-functional collaboration through goal management and mobilization of groups and individuals
Lead and support other architects and lead workshops for modeling

The location is at Lantmäteriet's offices in Gävle, Uppsala, or Stockholm. The majority of your colleagues and other key contacts are located in Gävle, which is why regular presence in Gävle is required.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for you who have a university education in technology/data, or equivalent relevant experience, as well as many years of experience working with IT architecture from a solution perspective. You have good knowledge of the development process and its different steps and are familiar with various frameworks and technology platforms.

To succeed in the role, the following are also required:

documented skills in conducting, documenting, and leading/facilitating systematic architectural work,
good and broad knowledge of IT architecture, system integrations, and technology,
good and broad knowledge of working with business architecture, including modeling of processes and information flows,
experience in developing and implementing target architecture, roadmap, and architecture principles,
experience in portfolio management,
good knowledge of Swedish and English.

It is meritorious if you have previous experience and understanding of the development of IT system operations, as well as knowledge of private clouds and hybrid solutions aimed at large authorities or similar organizations. It is also meritorious to have previous experience and knowledge regarding the design, development, and management of identity and access management systems as well as security solutions, i.e., broad knowledge within security architecture.

You are confident in yourself and can handle ambiguity in complex tasks. In this position, it is important that you solve problems without missing the long-term strategies. You have the ability to see logic and connections in complex information or environments.

The position is security-classified, which means you must be a Swedish citizen and a security clearance with a subsequent security interview will be conducted in connection with the employment.
