The Digital Support team at the Learning Administration is now looking for a system administrator with an AI assignment.

Responsibilities

As a system administrator, you are responsible for ensuring that the administration's digital systems function, develop, and are used in a structured and purposeful manner. You work both strategically and operationally, and have a wide contact area within the administration and with the municipality's IT functions.

The expanded AI assignment means that you identify needs, analyze opportunities, and lead the implementation of AI support that creates quality and efficiency in the administration's central processes.

System Administration

• Ensure that the administration's digital systems function, develop, and are used safely and efficiently.
• Be responsible for management plans, documentation, training efforts, and user support.
• Troubleshoot, test, and collaborate with IT partners and system suppliers.
• Participate in central development and improvement work.

AI Assignment

• Identify and analyze how AI can create benefits in the administration's processes.
• Evaluate AI solutions and drive pilots and implementations.
• Develop guidelines and routines for responsible and safe AI use.
• Be an internal knowledge resource in AI.

Information Security

• Act as the administration's information security coordinator.
• Participate in the municipality's work in the area through the security unit's group.

Your Profile

For the role, we are looking for someone with a post-secondary education in a relevant field, such as IT or system science, covering at least three years of study (180 credits) or well-documented professional experience in the field. You also have 2-3 years of experience in system administration and a good understanding of digital processes and how complex organizations function.

It is meritorious if you have worked with digital development and AI-related issues. Professional training in the AI field, such as AI coordinator or AI strategist, is also an advantage. Experience from municipal or public IT environments, where requirements for legal compliance and documentation are clear, is also valuable.

Additional merits include in-depth knowledge of integrations, standards, or system architecture, as well as practical experience in implementing or testing AI support and driving pilot projects. Knowledge of AI ethics, risk assessments, GDPR, and data protection, as well as experience in change management within digital development, further strengthens your profile.
