We are now looking for a project manager for our client who wants to drive change in the future of production technology!

Our client is an innovative organization that supports companies in the region in their development and production. They are now looking for someone to lead projects that help manufacturing companies explore and benefit from new technology – with the goal of strengthening their competitiveness and creating sustainable growth.

About the Role

As a project manager, you will be a key person in the work of communicating and implementing future production technology. You will lead projects in close collaboration with companies and other stakeholders in the region – showing the way towards more efficient, smarter, and more sustainable production solutions.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

• Initiating, driving, and coordinating technical development projects
• Being the link between companies and new technology
• Working with future areas such as AI, automation, additive manufacturing, and cybersecurity
• Strengthening collaborations between industry, academia, and the public sector

Who Are You?

You are used to effectively leading projects from idea to implementation. You possess good leadership qualities, high integrity, and you dare to prioritize and set demands. As a person, you are delivery-focused, structured, and have good knowledge and a curious interest in development and trends in the technical field.

For the Role, You Should Have:

• At least 3 years of work experience in project management.
• Good communication skills in both Swedish and English, spoken and written, and experience collaborating with a diverse range of stakeholders.
• An educational background in areas such as industrial economics, computer engineering/system science, or another relevant academic education and/or several years of experience in technology development from the industry.

Meritorious:

• Experience in change management within digitization or production technology.
• Experience from the industry and expertise in areas such as additive manufacturing, automation, AI, and/or cybersecurity.

Location and Scope

At the office in Gävle/Sandviken with some possibility for remote work.

The assignment has a scope of 100% and is a consulting position through Everlight.
