Digitalization Team of the Social and Care Administration

The Digitalization Team of the Social and Care Administration is the unit that is close to and supports the operations with digital improvement and development projects, innovative thinking, system support, system management, welfare technology, environmental scanning, and much more! We have been around for about a year and are on a very exciting journey where routines and methods are still being developed by the team, here you have the chance to make an impact.

The Digitalization Team is located in central Hudiksvall and we are a team of nine employees, including system administrators, service developers, development leaders, and welfare technologists, who work closely with the operations for a needs-driven digitalization.

Job Responsibilities

As a system administrator in the digitalization team, you will work with planning, management, adjustments, and development of operational systems based on operational benefits, economy, security, and work environment. The role ensures that systems support the operational processes and that operations, data security, support, and other user support relevant to the system function as expected.

You will be responsible for updating and compliance with the system management plan for systems within your area where your main tasks are to actively work to ensure that the systems are used in a uniform, efficient, and reliable manner that follows the applicable management model, regulations, and routines. You will work with system support where your analytical and problem-solving skills can come in handy. You will also, when needed, play an important role in improvement and development projects within digitalization.

To apply for the role of system administrator, the following is required:

  • Higher education in computer science, IT, or another relevant field that the employer considers equivalent.
  • documented experience in system management or similar tasks.
  • very good computer skills and an ability to see connections in IT systems.

It is advantageous if you have:

  • work experience within any of the operations in social and care.
  • knowledge of operational systems for social services, e.g., Treserva, Lifecare, etc.
  • good experience working in applications belonging to Microsoft 365, e.g., Teams, Visio, Planner, etc.
