Job Description

On behalf of a client, we are now looking for a structured and self-driven Maintenance Manager for a consulting assignment at 50% starting in January 2026.

As a Maintenance Manager, your primary responsibility is to drive and administer predetermined maintenance work against a fixed budget. You act as the central link that orders work from the company's contracted contractors and keeps the projects together from start to finish. You will manage several smaller property projects, such as door and window replacements, asphalting, and relining. The assignment offers a responsible and practical role where you can fully utilize your project management and administrative skills. The role plays a central part in ensuring that planned maintenance projects are carried out efficiently and according to plan for 2026.

As a person, you are driven, structured, and a good administrator. You have the ability to independently drive your projects forward and thrive with clear responsibility from start to finish. Since you will be in contact with contractors, it is important that you are communicative and clear. Finally, you are a secure and stable person who is used to managing several smaller projects simultaneously and can deliver high quality according to set timelines.

Scope: Part-time, 50%

Period: 2026-01-01 – 2026-08-31 (with the possibility of starting by agreement)

Responsibilities

• Order and request planned maintenance work according to the established maintenance plan and budget.
• Manage contact with and order work from contracted framework contractors.
• Project manage and coordinate maintenance work from start to finish.
• Ensure necessary administration and documentation for each project.
• Follow up and report status for ongoing work.

Qualifications

• You have experience in independently driving smaller projects, preferably in contract form.
• You have good knowledge of simpler property projects.
• You are an experienced administrator with good organizational skills.
• You have a relevant post-secondary education in property management, construction technology, or equivalent work experience.
• You communicate fluently in Swedish, both spoken and written.
