As IT support, you will manage cases via computer, phone, or hands-on in an industrial environment, register, distribute, and update them, escalate unresolved cases to higher levels, and participate in service desk-related projects at our client.

• Good computer skills and the ability to quickly familiarize yourself with new systems.

• Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.

• Experience from working in customer service or the service sector.

• Ability to work independently with case escalation.

• IT technical competence or a strong interest in IT and technology.

• Experience communicating with customers via phone.

• Previous work in the service industry, customer service, or support.

• Ability to quickly prioritize and identify what needs to be done.

• Experience working in a fast-paced environment.

• Participation in service desk-related projects.
