Who are we?

Kyrkskolan is a F-6 school located in the Eneby area with approximately 340 students and 45 staff members. The school has two parallel classes with three growing leisure departments.

We have a wonderful outdoor environment with large areas for play and teaching, close to forest and nature. We consist of a competent staff group of preschool teachers, teachers, and primary teachers for leisure who work together in the classes.

The entire staff actively works to give all students the opportunity to develop based on their conditions.

We are now looking for a leisure teacher who wants to contribute to our work!

Your responsibilities

As a leisure teacher, you have a shared assignment between school and leisure. Together with the leisure team, you are responsible for planning, implementing, and evaluating the leisure activities as well as the compensatory assignment towards the school.

You meet the students in close collaboration with colleagues and follow their learning and development throughout the day. Through your pedagogical leadership, you contribute to a joy of learning and a safe learning environment.

Who are you?

We are looking for a licensed leisure teacher. You have experience working as a leisure teacher and with children with neuropsychiatric disabilities.

Furthermore, you have knowledge of the leisure program's mission and curriculum. You are used to conducting meaningful break activities and can create a structured learning environment.

As a person, you are a clear pedagogical leader who is self-driven and flexible in your working methods. You see what needs to be done, plan and organize your work, and are happy to take initiative.

You are humble in your approach, creative, and show a genuine interest in students' learning. You are used to handling conflicts through open discussion and diplomacy.

You have good collaboration skills and can cooperate smoothly with different parts of the school's operations. Furthermore, you create trusting relationships with students, guardians, and colleagues. You are happy to share your knowledge and reflections in an unpretentious manner.

As a person, you have the ability to maintain a calm and positive attitude, even in stressful situations.
