The Challenge Do you want to help shape the future of construction projects? YLAB is looking for a driven Site Manager who wants to make a difference in commercial construction projects alongside a dedicated and close-knit team. Here, you will play a key role where you combine technical knowledge with coordination, structure, and personal responsibility.

Responsibilities

As a Site Manager at YLAB, you will play a key role in driving production forward. You will be responsible for coordinating subcontractors, ensuring that materials are in place, following timelines, leading construction meetings, managing risk assessments, and following up production against budget and quality.

You will work closely with the site manager, project manager, and project engineer, all of whom are part of your project team.

Who are you?

We are looking for someone who is passionate about construction and production and thrives in a coordinating and responsible role. You are collaborative, unpretentious, and communicative with the ability to manage many contact points. You work in a structured manner, take initiative, are flexible and solution-oriented, and are confident in leading meetings and driving your work independently forward.

We also see that you have the following qualifications...

• University degree or equivalent work experience in construction technology or a related field

• Driver's license (B)

• Good Swedish and English skills, both spoken and written

Preferred if...

• BAS P/U training (otherwise training will be offered)

• Experience with larger industrial projects or collaboration with technical installers

Location: Southern/Central Sweden

In the role of site manager, travel and overnight stays are required.
