We need to strengthen our operations in Jönköping with a project engineer for our ongoing and upcoming projects. As a Project Engineer at NCC, you will play an important role in driving our projects forward – from idea to reality. The Role of Project Engineer
As a Project Engineer at NCC, you will have an important and central role in the project team. You will work closely with project managers, site managers, and project directors, supporting project management in finance, planning, documentation, and administration throughout both design and production.
In this role, you will collaborate closely with the site manager and support daily operations. You will be an active support for the operational activities, handling documentation, driving administrative processes, following up on financial matters, and ensuring that meetings are planned and documented in a structured manner. You will work closely with the operations, perform resource planning to some extent, and follow the entire project lifecycle from bidding to handover.

Your Profile
We are looking for someone who wants to take the next step in their career and contribute to driving successful construction projects together with an engaged team. You have a post-secondary education in construction or similar, and experience from the construction industry.
Experience as a project engineer, contracting engineer, project controller, or economist is an advantage, or another role where you have developed a strong interest in project work and financial management as well as knowledge in design and BAS-P.
As a person, you are structured, ambitious, and engaged. You find it easy to collaborate, communicate clearly, and enjoy taking responsibility. You have a service-oriented approach and good administrative skills, which allows you to thrive in a role with many contact points and varied tasks. You are a team player who contributes energy, solution focus, and commitment to the daily life of the projects.

About the Building Southeast Department
The Building Southeast Department consists of nearly 150 engaged employees who together conduct contracting activities for residential and commercial properties in Jönköping and Skaraborg. We are local while also having a large organization behind us, where we benefit from the expertise and collective competence of the entire NCC.

Additional Information
The position is a permanent employment with the work location in Jönköping, involving travel in the local area. The position requires a valid driver's license (B). This position will be background checked in accordance with NCC's safety culture.
