On behalf of our client, we are urgently looking for an operational and independent cost engineer with experience in prefabricated timber construction for an interim assignment of 3–6 months (80–100%).

The assignment involves cost estimation of structural deliveries according to ABM 07 (not contract work) and requires experience from industrial construction or timber-based prefabricated production.

We are looking for someone who can independently:

• Calculate wall, floor, and roof elements
• Ensure production-adapted calculations with an understanding of factory logic
• Conduct material and production cost analysis
• Identify risks associated with delivery commitments
• Participate in internal bid reviews

You have documented experience of independently being responsible for cost estimation within prefabricated/timber production.

Start: Immediately
Scope: 80–100 %
Assignment duration: 3–6 months
