ABOUT THE POSITION

As a Maintenance Engineer at Husqvarna, you will have a central role in production. You will proactively drive improvements in maintenance, operational reliability, and process efficiency while ensuring high quality and availability in the facility. With a structured and initiative-taking approach, you will identify areas for improvement and translate them into concrete actions. The role is partially coordinating and involves leading improvement initiatives and coordinating efforts between production, technology, and external parties.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Job Duties

In this role, you will work broadly to plan, execute, and document maintenance, drive process development, and provide technical support. You will be a central figure in ensuring operational reliability and quality through proactive measures and improvements.

• Plan, execute, and document service and maintenance on production equipment.
• Drive the development of maintenance systems and operator maintenance.
• Actively drive improvements of existing processes and development of new ones.
• Participate in and lead the industrialization of new products.

WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU WHO

• Has a post-secondary education in a relevant field such as Industrial Economics, Production Technology, or Production Development. Alternatively, equivalent experience from a similar role as a Maintenance Engineer.
• Has knowledge of process and production technology, Lean manufacturing, and reading technical drawings.
• Is fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
• Has a B driver's license and forklift license.

It is meritorious if you have:

• Experience with management systems according to ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001.
• Knowledge of machine safety.
• Work experience in a similar field or project management.
