We are currently seeking an operational and independent cost engineer with experience in prefab timber construction for an interim assignment of 3–6 months (80–100%).

The assignment involves cost estimation for structural deliveries according to ABM 07 (not a contract) and requires experience in industrial construction or timber-based prefab production. We are looking for someone who can independently:

• Calculate wall, floor, and roof elements
• Ensure production-adapted calculations with an understanding of factory logic
• Conduct material and production cost analysis
• Identify risks associated with delivery commitments
• Participate in internal bid reviews

You have documented experience of independently being responsible for cost estimation within prefab/timber production.

Start: Immediately
Scope: 80–100 %
Assignment duration: 3–6 months
