We offer a key role in an expanding company where you will develop alongside a dedicated team. The role involves selling, building, maintaining, and developing customer relationships in our region. The position is based in Jönköping and requires travel.

As a sales project manager, you will be responsible for sales, planning, execution, and follow-up of projects and service assignments, such as:

• Contact with customers, both new and existing

• Contact with suppliers and subcontractors

• Calculations, quotes, and project budgets

• Guidance of installers and subcontractors

• Leading and steering projects towards good technical function, customer satisfaction, and profitability

• Documentation, purchasing, planning, and project follow-up

You are relationship-building, business-minded, and customer-centric. To succeed in this role and ensure good delivery, it is crucial that you are solution-oriented and have the ability to plan, as well as handle changes.

As a person, you are attentive and humble while also being able to coach and drive the work forward. Since the job sometimes involves working against deadlines, you need to organize your work well, take responsibility, and maintain accuracy. You have a natural drive and a desire to continuously develop.

Your Qualifications

• Technical education in the installation industry, preferably in refrigeration, heating, energy, or similar

• Work experience in the installation industry, preferably in refrigeration

• Driver's license B

• Fluent in Swedish and good English
