Your future workplace

Jonsons Bygg consists of a dedicated team with a CEO, project managers, three site managers, one site leader, and about 17 craftsmen. You will work closely with the site manager, who will be your closest sounding board, and report to the project manager. The culture is down-to-earth, unpretentious, and characterized by responsibility and collaboration.

Your new assignment

As your first project at Jonsons Bygg, you will step directly into a residential project that has just started. This means you will be involved from the beginning and truly influence how the work on-site is organized and driven forward.

You will have a clear presence in production, keep the daily work together, and ensure that everything flows smoothly with the right quality and pace. This is a role for you who thrive in the center of events, enjoy creating structure, and want to be an integral part of the team on-site.

As a site leader, you will be responsible for:

• Driving the daily work on the construction site

• Coordinating trades and planning production

• Ordering materials and following up on deliveries

• Working with setting out, inspections, and quality assurance

• Managing incoming goods and logistics

• Monitoring production and ensuring that procedures are followed

• Contributing to order, structure, and safety on the site

We believe that you enjoy being close to production, creating structure in everyday life, and being the one who keeps the work together on-site. It is suitable to be based in Jönköping or nearby areas.

About you

We are looking for someone with experience working as a site leader in construction and who wants to continue developing in the role. You are confident in leading others, have good structure, and enjoy combining planning with practical presence.

To succeed in the role, you have:

• Experience as a site leader in construction

• Driving license

• Good knowledge of Swedish and English

• Ability to lead, coordinate, and create structure

Meritorious:

• Relevant higher education

• Experience from similar projects

• Interest in further developing towards project manager
