As an assembler, you will work on projects around Stockholm. You will always be part of a team – at least two people per project – and be responsible for ensuring that assembly is carried out correctly, safely, and according to applicable standards. The work is based in Bålsta, but 99% of the projects are located in Stockholm. Responsibilities:

• Assembly of steel structures at customer sites
• Participation in projects of varying sizes and complexities
• Ensuring that the work meets applicable quality and safety requirements (European standards)
• Close collaboration with colleagues and production management
• Performing minor service and adjustment work as needed

This is a practical and varied role where no week is the same. Service vehicles are available, and you can start your workday from home. Depending on your experience and background, you will initially shadow experienced assemblers. An individual introduction plan will be developed to ensure that you integrate into the work correctly. Requirements

• Fluent Swedish in speech and writing
• Driver's license B (manual is an advantage but not a requirement)
• Experience in assembly work
• Background check will be conducted.

• Experience as an assembler in steel, metal, or construction structures
• Good ability to read drawings and work independently based on construction documents
• Valid welding license and experience in practical welding work

The projects vary in size – from smaller service assignments to larger assemblies where teams of 20+ people collaborate on construction sites.
