About the Role

In the role of project developer, you are responsible for driving projects throughout the development process. You have overall responsibility for the projects and ensure that ideas are transformed into feasible, sustainable, and profitable solutions. You work closely with both clients and construction contractors in a collaboration based on trust, good relationships, and the ability to both challenge and find solutions together. The role combines strategic thinking with operational execution and is suitable for you who thrive with complex projects involving many stakeholders.

In your daily work, you will among other things:  

• Plan, lead, and coordinate residential and property development projects from idea to final delivery.

• Be responsible for project planning, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.

• Coordinate internal teams, external consultants, contractors, and authorities.

• Ensure that projects comply with applicable laws, building codes, and environmental requirements.

• Actively work with risk analysis and quality assurance.

• Negotiate and establish contracts with suppliers and contractors.

• Maintain ongoing dialogue with clients, investors, and stakeholders.

You thrive in an active environment where you can combine long-term planning with quick, smart decisions in your daily work. We want you to have several years of experience in project development, construction, or real estate and be accustomed to driving projects in a businesslike and structured manner with high quality. You have an understanding of the construction process and can translate laws, regulations, and business conditions into practical execution.

Education as a construction engineer, or equivalent, is advantageous, but most important is your experience and your ability to drive projects forward successfully.

As a person, you are communicative, solution-oriented, and a confident coordinator where many stakeholders meet. You have the ability to build professional and trusting relationships, you dare to make decisions, and you have a natural curiosity that allows you to see both the big picture and the details.
