JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

About the position

As a project manager, you will be responsible for leading and coordinating construction projects from idea to completion. You will work on a variety of projects, from new constructions of properties to renovations and maintenance of existing properties.

Your role includes, among other things:

• Planning, procurement, and execution of contracts according to LOU.
• Coordination and management of internal and external stakeholders.
• Monitoring project finances and timelines.
• Supervision and follow-up of the construction process with a focus on quality, work environment, and environmental requirements.
• Reporting to management and political committees as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone who has:

• Experience in project management within the construction and real estate sector.
• Good knowledge and practical experience of LOU (Public Procurement Act).
• Experience working with both new construction and renovation projects.
• Strong ability to collaborate, coordinate, and communicate with various stakeholders.
• Relevant education in construction, real estate, engineering, or equivalent.
• Driver's license B

Meritorious:

• Experience from the public sector or municipal operations.
• Knowledge of environmental certification and sustainable construction.
