Decatak AB is now looking for a claims/service technician to handle minor claims and service matters for our customers. We work with roof cleaning and roof painting for private homeowners.

About the position

As a claims/service technician, you will be responsible for going out to customers and addressing minor claims that may arise after completed work. The tasks may vary and require you to be solution-oriented, meticulous, and have good customer interaction.

Start date: From March 30

Scope: Full-time

Responsibilities

Your main responsibilities:

· Plan and coordinate ongoing cases within the region

Examples of practical tasks:

· Address minor claims after roof treatment

· Clean surfaces with a pressure washer

· Replace roof tiles and perform simpler roofing tasks

· Minor repairs and adjustments at the customer's location

· If necessary, perform simple carpentry work (e.g., replacing patio roofs, etc.)

Requirements

· Practical experience in similar service work or construction/roofing

· Responsible, self-driven, and good customer interaction

Meritorious

· Experience in carpentry work

· Experience in roofing, construction service

Working hours

Monday–Friday from 07:00 to 16:00
