We are looking for a business coordinator for our construction company who will work closely with the management team. The role involves attending meetings and site visits with property owners and companies to present our services and participate in discussions regarding service agreements and contract agreements.
The work focuses on relationship building, follow-up on contacts, and support in establishing long-term collaborations. The role does not involve traditional sales responsibilities.
Responsibilities:
- Accompany the management team on client and company visits
- Represent the company in a professional manner
- Participate in discussions regarding service and contract agreements
- Build and develop long-term relationships with property owners and companies
- Follow up on contacts and collaborations
Qualifications:
- Good communication skills
- Experience in construction, real estate, or contracting is an advantage
- Ability to work structured and independently
- Driver's license (B) is an advantage
