Project Manager for Roads or Railways

What you will do with us

• New pedestrian and bicycle paths, traffic-safe intersections, accessible stops
• Center barriers, widenings, and other traffic safety measures
• Water protection, wildlife passages, and other environmental initiatives

• Track changes, switches, electrification, and overhead lines
• Improved level crossings and upgrades of signaling systems
• Larger system initiatives to make the railway faster, safer, and more accessible

In this recruitment process, web-based tests are used as part of the selection. Tests are scheduled to be sent out via email during week 6 of 2026.

Interviews will be held via Skype and are scheduled for weeks 8-10 of 2026.

We are looking for someone who has:

• A university or college degree of at least 180 credits (120 points) in a relevant field for the position or equivalent competence acquired through experience that we assess as equivalent.
• Several years of current and relevant experience as a project manager or similar in construction/infrastructure projects.
• Very good ability to express yourself well in Swedish, both orally and in writing.
• Driver's license for passenger car.

It is advantageous if you have:

• Experience in project work in the planning stage from consulting or municipal or state operations.
• Experience in project work in the production stage from contractors and/or municipal or state operations.
• Experience in project management within one or more areas of planning, procurement, design, and/or production with a focus on railways.
• Current and relevant experience from working with the project model XLPM or equivalent experience that we assess as equivalent.
• Knowledge of contract law (AB, ABK, ABT).
