Can you effortlessly dismantle a cylinder for renovation and have a good understanding of the construction and function of injection molding machines; including platens, cylinders, and associated mechanical components? At Axjo, we have 35 injection molding machines, nearly 45 robots, and an automated assembly department. Our operations are characterized by continuous development, where we constantly work to optimize and improve both production and work processes.

Your responsibilities

• Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance, service, and repairs of machines, equipment, and facilities
• Perform urgent troubleshooting and fault rectification to minimize downtime
• Assist with inventory management and purchasing of spare parts for machines, equipment, and facilities
• Support in training, information, and onboarding of staff in maintenance-related issues
• Drive your own and assigned improvement projects in collaboration with production and other departments

We are looking for someone who

• Has experience in a similar role within the industry. Experience with Battenfeld, Engel, or KraussMaffei is an advantage.
• Has technical competence in mechanical maintenance and is meticulous, solution-oriented, and quality-conscious in your work.
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment with varied tasks
• Has experience with maintenance systems; we work in Mainmaster, which is advantageous
