The Position of Site Manager
As a site manager, you have an independent and varied job with great personal responsibility where you lead and distribute the ongoing work with subcontractors and young apprentices. Our projects are characterized by structure, order, and a good working environment, so to thrive with us, we see that these are natural guiding principles for you as well. In collaboration with the project manager, you plan and lead your part of the project forward and ensure that we keep our promises. You participate in the development of schedules, check your own activities, and perform work preparations together with other team members.

Your Profile as a Site Manager
We are looking for someone with a construction engineering education or equivalent experience. In addition, you have experience as a site manager in production and are comfortable with digital tools. You are engaged in your work and understand the importance of good collaboration with everyone involved; skilled workers, subcontractors, support functions, customers, other colleagues, and managers. You see and understand the importance of good leadership to contribute to a positive work climate. Good Swedish in both spoken and written form is a requirement, as is a B driver's license.

About the Building South-East Department
The Building South-East department consists of nearly 150 dedicated employees who together conduct contracting activities for residential and commercial properties in Jönköping and Skaraborg. We are local while also having a large organization behind us, benefiting from the expertise and collective competence of NCC.

Additional Information
The position is a permanent employment with the location in Jönköping and travel in the local area. The position requires a B driver's license. This position will undergo background checks in accordance with NCC's safety culture.
