The assignment is hybrid, with some meetings potentially taking place in Eksjö and/or Tranås.The pre-study will address the following key questions:- What differences and dependencies exist between the IT environments of Tranås Municipality and Höglandsförbundet?- What requirements are placed on both IT organizations for a structured merger to occur?- What benefits, risks, and consequences arise from collaboration?- What alternative courses of action exist and which are recommended?Start Date: 2026-03-02End Date: 2026-06-19
