In the role of designer, you will be a key person in the design work and responsible for coordinating, quality assuring, and driving projects forward. You have technical understanding, take responsibility, and enjoy coordinating between different disciplines.

• Coordinate design in construction projects together with external disciplines
• Develop technical solutions and be responsible for modeling
• Plan work according to the design schedule
• Perform quality controls and manage deviations
• Support the team and clients through clear communication
• Participate in internal reviews and provide feedback on models and documentation
• Drive improvement work and suggest measures for more efficient processes

• Experience in design within general construction (3-5 years)
• Very good knowledge of Revit or Tekla
• Understanding of construction technology (load-bearing structures, material choices, moisture safety, building physics)
• Familiarity with relevant building regulations and standards (BBR, EKS, Eurocodes)
• Fluent Swedish in speech and writing, as well as good knowledge of English
• Relevant university or vocational education
• A problem solver who enjoys challenges and takes initiative
