We are now looking for an HR consultant. With us, you will be part of the HR unit, which consists of an HR manager, HR strategist, and five HR secretaries. We are a support function that, through a consultative approach, supports managers in both operational and strategic HR issues.

Job Responsibilities

In your role as an HR consultant, you will support managers broadly within the HR area, which means providing consultative support to managers in labor law and personnel-related issues, including:

• Work environment and rehabilitation
• Recruitment
• Contract interpretation and labor law
• Salary formation
• Preparation and analysis of statistical data

In addition to supporting managers, the position is particularly focused on salary formation, salary mapping, rehabilitation, surveys, and compilations within the work environment area, as well as system management of our support systems within HR.

We work in a system-intensive operation, thus a significant part of the assignment is to drive and contribute to the development of support systems so that they are used as effectively as possible to support municipal operations in the personnel area.

With many points of contact, you need to feel comfortable collaborating with different functions within the organization. Furthermore, we see that you can easily and clearly convey information, both orally and in writing, and that you are visible and accessible to those we are here to support.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone with a university degree of at least 180 credits in personnel and labor life programs or equivalent education, or professional experience that the employer assesses as equivalent.

You need to have good system knowledge and an interest in digitalization. Experience with our personnel systems Wisma, Miljödata, and WinLas is an advantage.

It is important that you are service-oriented, attentive, responsible, structured, and able to work on multiple tasks simultaneously. You care about creating and maintaining good relationships and find it easy to collaborate with others. You enjoy working in a team where you help each other and check in with colleagues throughout the day.
