About the role of Process Developer

In the role of Process Developer, you will be part of a process team that works to streamline and improve processes within the areas of Operations and Maintenance. Our current focus is the journey towards future digital operations management with more predictive and risk-based maintenance.

The position is located in Karlstad.

Your tasks will include:

Lead process development within assigned processes/areas
Drive larger process activities
Manage and evaluate process improvement proposals
Update our process models
Plan and conduct workshops and training together with the rest of the process team
Quality review process changes
Act as a project resource in internal projects with process impact within Ellevio

Who are you?

To fit and thrive in the role of Process Developer, you have the ability to quickly identify problems, analyze situations, and find effective solutions. You build strong relationships through empathetic and attentive communication, which promotes collaboration and trust. With careful planning and structure, you set clear goals, and through your good communication skills, you ensure that information is conveyed clearly and concisely, reducing misunderstandings and promoting open dialogue.

For the role of Process Developer, we are looking for someone who has:

A university degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience
Several years of experience in business development, process development, change management, project management, or other equivalent experience
Experience with target monitoring and control
The ability to drive change in a large organization
Experience working with Lean and/or Six Sigma.
Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
