About you

As a person, you are a team player who enjoys collaborations, while also having the ability to work independently and take responsibility for your tasks. You are proactive and solution-oriented with a great interest in developing and improving financial processes. With analytical skills and a structured way of working, you find it easy to prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. You have a relevant academic background in economics and experience working closely with management teams to support strategic issues.

We are looking for someone who:

- Has at least five years of qualified work experience in accounting, financial statements, and consolidation, preferably from listed companies

- Is self-driven, structured, and used to taking initiative to drive processes forward.

- Masters Swedish and English fluently, both verbally and in writing.

About the role

As Group Accounting Manager, you report directly to the CFO and have overall responsibility for leading the financial reporting process, consolidation, and quality assurance of financial reporting. You ensure that accounting principles and reporting routines are correctly followed, while also acting as a superuser for Inission's consolidation tool.

In the role, you will play a key part in developing and improving accounting and reporting processes to ensure the highest quality and efficiency. The role also involves supporting the CFO in management reporting and driving strategic projects, while also being responsible for operational tasks such as account management and reconciliations. Your ability to work in a structured and proactive manner, along with a strong focus on collaboration, will be crucial to succeeding in this role. Daily conversations with colleagues across Europe take place, so good English language skills are an advantage. Travel may occur, so a B driver's license is desirable. The placement is at Inission's headquarters in Karlstad.
