Are you our new administrator in the transport and vehicle department?

The department consists of approximately 65 employees distributed across three areas of operation: Customer and operational support, Transport services, Haulage, machinery, and workshop.

Parts of the department are quality and environmental certified according to ISO 9001 and ISO 14001.

Job Responsibilities

We are now looking for an administrator who contributes to maintaining, following up, and developing the operations while keeping track of the situation and maintaining a customer benefit focus with all sustainability perspectives. The main tasks of the position will be related to administration in the transport and vehicle department's various IT systems, keeping track of all vehicles and handling invoicing, invoices, agreements, car bookings, keys, alcohol locks, driving logs, fuel cards, parking permits, service, and inspections, etc. In this role, you will also be the department's information manager and archive coordinator, as well as report hazardous waste to the Environmental Protection Agency. You will also handle orders and bookings, etc. The role includes writing assignments as a secretary in meetings and quality assurance work within the quality and environmental area.

As the department is under construction, the position will develop over time, and you will have the opportunity to shape it.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who enjoys creating order and structure, has the ability to handle multiple work areas simultaneously, and has a service-oriented mindset. You have experience in administrative work and are comfortable quickly familiarizing yourself with new IT systems. You are proactive with good communication skills, both verbally and in writing, and can easily convey information to internal contacts. Since we are quality and environmentally certified, experience working with management systems or internal audits within quality and environmental work is an advantage. The position is under development, which requires flexibility and a positive attitude where personal qualities are important.

A B driver's license is a requirement.
