As a junior accountant at Procruitment, you will work closely with our finance manager in a varied role focusing on payroll management, bookkeeping, and internal support in financial matters. You will be a key person in ensuring that our payroll processes and financial routines run smoothly and efficiently. At Procruitment, we are a humble team, where you may also support with administrative tasks within the Group Operations department to which you will belong. In addition to finance, there are also functions in IT, Marketing, HR, and Coordination within the department.

• Payroll management for internal employees and consultants
• Contact with our payroll provider
• Internal support in payroll and finance-related matters
• Management of time reporting tools and ensuring correct reporting
• Ongoing bookkeeping
• Administration of insurances & pensions
• General administration within Group Operations

• Has a post-secondary education in finance
• Has at least 1 year of experience in payroll management
• Is meticulous, structured, and has good communication skills
• Enjoys supporting your colleagues internally in finance-related matters
• Has good knowledge of Excel
