Your Responsibilities

• Union contacts and negotiations within the Saw Mill Agreement for collective employees and executives.
• HR administration and support to managers in various personnel matters.
• Participation in local forums, such as Safety Committees and Department Meetings.
• Contacts with Falck occupational health services.
• Support to managers throughout the employee journey: from recruitment to termination.
• Advising on labor law, HR policies, and IT tools.
• Active work for a good work environment, health, and rehabilitation.

The position is a fixed-term employment lasting 6 months.

Your Profile

• University degree in human resources, behavioral science, or equivalent.
• Ability to make independent decisions based on facts and experience.
• Experience supporting managers in personnel matters and change processes.
• Strong focus on ethics, morals, and safety.
• Meritorious with knowledge of HR systems such as WorkDay, Medvind, and SAP.
• You are proficient in English both orally and in writing.
• Experience from various organizations and in driving HR development projects.
• Structured, solution-oriented, and possess good prioritization skills.
• You have strong integrity and an ethical compass, and are confident in pressured situations.
• Attentive, unpretentious, and a natural relationship builder.
