We are now looking for a personal assistant as needed for a safe and positive 27-year-old guy with a great interest in sports. There is a well-developed implementation plan, and it is of utmost importance that you who are applying are attentive, meticulous, and can work according to clear routines. Daily documentation and ongoing updates of the implementation plan are an obvious part of the job.

The job involves being a physical support in daily life – to monitor the client’s general condition and well-being, as well as to assist in various activities based on the client’s unique needs. You need to be his extra arms and legs, helping with everything from personal hygiene, assistance, cooking, cleaning, and other chores.

As an assistant, it is important that you are attentive and have the ability to stay one step ahead – to prevent and avoid risks and thereby contribute to a safe everyday life. You should be mature in your interactions and confident in handling both simpler and more demanding situations. You will work both in a team and independently.

We are looking for someone who is:

Confident in yourself, attentive, punctual, flexible, proactive, and has a genuine interest in your work. The client appreciates assistants who are straightforward and clear in their communication, both verbally and with body language.

Good physical strength is important for the assistant as there will be some transfers.

The work is based on respect for the individual's self-determination and integrity.

Experience in personal assistance and care is a plus, but personal suitability will weigh the heaviest.

You must be smoke-free.

Speak fluent Swedish.

Individual salary setting. Monthly salary or hourly wage. Collective agreements are available.
