We are looking for assistants for awake night shifts as well as day/evening shifts with weekend work.

Then maybe you should hang out with a 13-year-old boy who loves fun, laughter, and coming up with ideas! We are looking for a personal assistant who wants to work approximately 75-100% – and who wants to make a real difference in a child's life.

Our boy lives in Sundbyholm with his family, he enjoys a bit of excitement and activity. He is a social and curious person with a great sense of humor, and he thrives best when the adults around him are secure, creative, and like to take the initiative for fun activities – both at home, in school, and during short-term stays.

He has difficult-to-treat epilepsy with multiple disabilities, one of which is a CP injury. He uses a wheelchair and receives all his nutrition via a feeding tube. The workplace also involves suction, oxygen, and a cough machine. It may sound technical – but with the right introduction and attitude, it quickly becomes a natural part of the job.

What we are looking for:

You who are applying should be a person who dares to take space – but also knows when to step back. You are considerate, responsible, and have an eye for detail. You enjoy talking, laughing, and being a secure adult when it is needed the most.

The family is social, and it is important that you also enjoy being social – because here you like to spend time with both friends and relatives. The family sometimes goes on outings and events.

To make the job work, you need to:

• Be flexible and able to work days, evenings, and weekends according to the schedule

• Have a driver's license and a car – the job is in Sundbyholm, so public transport is limited

• Be able to speak and write Swedish well (there are many routines and documentation)

• Not be allergic to pets – there is a cat at home

• Be smoke-free

• Ideally have worked in healthcare before and preferably have knowledge of epilepsy
