We are looking for a personal assistant for a 5-year-old boy. One of the assistants should have children, so this is primarily a full-time maternity cover. He lives in a location between Katrineholm and Vingåker, so you need to have a driver's license and a car to get to work. The boy is, like children of that age, full of mischief and can be very energetic. He requires medical supervision, so you must be alert and able to sit on the floor and play, and then quickly get up, so you cannot have issues with stamina and joints.

We are looking for someone who is calm and secure, energetic and alert, and who still has a childlike spirit. Some days he goes to preschool, and then he has his assistant with him, and a driver's license is also needed to accompany him.

Personal chemistry will be the top priority when we staff. Since he lives with his parents and a sibling, it is about being able to adapt and also consider the family around the boy. The most important thing is not to have prior experience but to be a calm, secure, and responsible person with stamina and energy.
