The client enjoys going on outings, shopping, and is happy to have a coffee if the opportunity arises.

The client places great importance on having a nice and tidy home.

The client needs patient assistants who are also straightforward and clear in their communication, both verbally and through body language. The tasks can be very varied and involve assistance in and outside the home, which places high demands on your flexibility.

You must have good knowledge of the Swedish language, both spoken and written.

You will be part of a large workgroup consisting of engaged, positive assistants who all work towards common goals for the client’s continued development. You will work according to clearly established routines and implementation plans regarding everything that occurs in daily life.

You who are applying should be mature in your approach to different situations, both demanding and less demanding.

Good patience, humor, understanding, and initiative are very important for the client.

It is required that you as a personal assistant are secure in yourself, you are attentive, flexible, proactive, and have a genuine interest in your work.

The work is based on respect for the individual’s self-determination and integrity.

Experience in personal assistance is a requirement, but personal suitability will weigh heaviest.
