Within the Support for Function Disabilities in Nyköping Municipality, we support people with various disabilities to live independent, safe, and meaningful lives. We are looking for hourly substitutes in three different areas within the support for function disabilities:

Personal Assistance

Personal assistance means providing support to individuals with extensive disabilities in their daily lives, enabling them to live an independent and active life. The work takes place in the user's home and is entirely based on the individual's needs.

Social Psychiatric Housing and Support (SoL)

In social psychiatry, we work with individuals who have mental disabilities. Support is provided at home and involves assisting with daily activities and structure. In housing, we provide more comprehensive support in a safe and adapted environment.

Group and Service Housing (LSS)

Group and service housing are homes for individuals with various types of disabilities. We work to provide individually tailored support in daily life to promote independence, participation, and quality of life.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

As an hourly substitute, you will provide support, care, and service based on the user's needs, decisions, and implementation plans. Your tasks may include:

• Personal care and practical support in daily life (e.g., hygiene, meals, activities)
• Support in creating structure and safety, e.g., through conversations, planning, and daily routines
• Participation in leisure activities and social interaction
• Health and medical tasks as delegated by licensed personnel
• Documentation according to applicable legislation and guidelines

The work takes place in the user's home or at the housing facility and requires flexibility, responsiveness, and independence.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone with a genuine interest in people and a desire to support others towards a more independent and meaningful life.

To work with us, you need to:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Have good Swedish language skills in both spoken and written form
• Have basic digital competence

Be empathetic, responsible, and have good collaboration skills.
