I am looking for someone who wants to become an important part of my daily life. I am a cheerful 27-year-old girl who needs assistance around the clock due to a difficult-to-treat epilepsy. I also have a severe intellectual disability with autistic traits, which can lead to emotional outbursts in stressful situations.

As my assistant, you need to be secure, patient, creative, and attentive. I would like you to have a humble and positive outlook on life since I need support and help with almost everything in my daily life. I communicate using signs and pictures. My motor skills are not the best; I can walk independently indoors but need a wheelchair outdoors. The most important thing is that you are the right person and that we enjoy each other's company and understand the importance of living as rich a life as possible.

As a person, I am cheerful and social, but some days I am more tired than usual due to my epilepsy. Therefore, you need to be comfortable with the fact that my nights can vary in terms of how I feel. This also means that you need to be flexible so that you can easily adapt to my needs. It is also important that you are available when gaps in staffing arise.

With me, you will be part of a wonderful and dedicated team of assistants consisting of girls of varying ages.

Job Scope

The working hours for the position are from 07:00 to 20:00.

Since I have double assistance, the starting point is that you work together with another colleague during the shift. The work may also be located elsewhere when I am, for example, at camp weeks or other trips/activities.
