The role of health administrator/medical secretary

As a medical secretary/health administrator, you will work with medical record writing along with associated administrative tasks. Your working days are Monday to Friday, mainly during the day. We also have a rotating schedule where we staff the clinic's two reception areas, and there is an opportunity for introduction to this. In the reception, we work to provide good service to both patients and staff at the clinic, receive calls in TeleQ, and perform other reception tasks.

Your profile

We are looking for someone who is an educated health administrator or medical secretary. Health administrator students can work as medical secretaries after one year of studies. You as a medical student can work as a medical secretary, individual assessment applies.

To have the best possible summer planning, we wish that you can work with us for at least four weeks during the summer. Introduction will take place in addition to these weeks.
