About SHIFT Electric Mobility
We are an entrepreneurial company driving the transition to electric mobility in the Nordics.
With a focus on heavy electric vehicles, we ensure operational reliability and performance for our customers' buses and trucks. Through our expertise and service networks, we provide technical support and spare parts to our customers across the Nordics.
Our values – Dare, Care, and Share – reflect who we are and how we work. We dare to think outside the box, we care about our customers and each other, and we share our knowledge to create sustainable solutions for the future together.
Your role as Warranty Specialist
As a Warranty Specialist, you play a key role in ensuring the correct and efficient handling of warranty cases for all SHIFT Electric Mobility's Nordic companies. The role is fundamentally operational and involves daily responsibility for ensuring that our warranty cases are reported accurately, followed up, and invoiced according to manufacturers' requirements.
You will be responsible for the entire flow, from reviewing technicians' work orders to registering warranty cases, following up in manufacturers' portals, and invoicing approved cases. You will ensure that working hours, spare parts, and documentation are correctly registered, that necessary supporting documents such as images, test results, and serial numbers are attached, and that cases are supplemented as needed.
In addition to the operational responsibility, you will also have the opportunity to contribute to development and improvement. The role includes identifying improvements that reduce errors and rejections, further developing our warranty processes and standards, and supporting and training technicians in correct reporting and procedures.
You will also work with:
Following up on ongoing warranty cases in manufacturers' systems
Handling rejections, corrections, and re-registration of cases
Ensuring that all warranty cases are submitted within given time frames
Preparing reports and decision-making materials for managers and leadership
Communicating trends, deviations, and recurring issues in warranty cases
Staying updated on changes in warranty and regulations from manufacturers
Who are you?
We are curious about who you are and how you want to help develop SHIFT together with us!
To succeed in this role, we believe you thrive in an administrative and structured work environment where accuracy, responsibility, and quality are crucial. You are confident in setting demands, building processes, and collaborating with various functions in an international environment.
We would like you to have:
Previous experience in warranty handling, claims administration, or similar work
Familiarity with working in various systems (ERP, WMS, warranty portals, Windows environment)
Good analytical skills and a structured approach to work
Ability to communicate clearly with technicians, managers, and external parties
