About the assignment We are looking for an accounting assistant for an exciting and challenging consulting assignment at the Court Administration in Jönköping. The assignment is for a part-time position during the spring of 2026, with a planned start in February or March and lasts for 5 months. During the period of June to August, the scope is preliminarily full-time in connection with summer replacements. The work is performed during daytime on weekdays without weekends, this is a consulting assignment via us at Bemannia.

Your tasks

In the role of accounting assistant, your main tasks will involve handling and coding supplier invoices. Other tasks within the unit's area of responsibility may also arise as needed.

Your qualifications

  • Studying economics/accounting at the university level and want to combine work and studies

  • Previous experience in economic administrative work

  • Experience working with accounting systems

  • Good ability to express yourself in Swedish, both spoken and written.

As a person, we see that you are meticulous and structured, responsible, self-driven, helpful, and service-oriented.

Meritorious

  • Experience in economic administrative work within the Court Administration

  • Experience with Unit4 ERP, which is the Court Administration's accounting system
